A very modern, nicely furnished 3-bedroom townhouse for long term rental in Santa Rosalia village which is between Mar Menor Golf Resort and Los Alcazares and less than a 10 minute drive from the beach. The village has a bar/taperia and a tobacco shop and there is a mix of Spanish and north Europeans living there.

Entering the property you go into the lounge/dining area which is air conditioned and beyond that on the ground floor a toilet and fully fitted kitchen. The back door leads into a small backyard area. There is a terrace at the front of the property and plenty of room to park your car.

Upstairs on the first floor are 2 bedrooms which benefit from fitted wardrobes and have air conditioning plus the family bathroom.

Upstairs again is the 3rd double-sized bedroom again with air conditioning and access onto the solarium area. On the solarium/terrace is a utility cupboard which houses the washing machine.
